STATION 4
Corridor Concepts
The following urban design concepts are rooted in the extensive feedback received throughout the Elevate Devon process. This input was paired with the dimensional realities of the built environment to develop detailed renderings and recommendations that will be applied in varying degrees to the full study area. We invite your feedback on these concepts below.

A Note About Special Service Area #26
Renderings highlighted within this video module focus on the stretch of Devon located within the boundaries of Special Service Area (SSA) #26. SSA #26 is an existing funding mechanism of the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce that will help support and advance initial implementation efforts. Corridor concepts and urban design recommendations (i.e. crossings, safety improvements, identity markers, and streetscape enhancements) will also be applied to the full study area.
